With an illustrious 34-year career in the real estate industry, including 14 years leading our company, Mr. Sanil has been instrumental in building a legacy founded on trust, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
His leadership philosophy is rooted in a simple yet powerful belief: commitment inspires dedication, dedication drives perfection, and perfection ensures the timely delivery of exceptional spaces. Mr. Vaishnav K. Sanil
Mr. Vaishnav K. Sanil brings close to a decade of international experience across construction, real estate and project management. A Civil Engineer by training, he holds a Master's degree in Construction Engineering & Management from the United States and has successfully passed the Principles and Practice of Engineering (P.E.) examination. His professional development also includes executive education at Harvard Business School and certifications from leading industry organisations including CMAA, PMI and USGBC.
His professional journey spans the UAE and more than six years in the United States, where he worked with leading organisations including Jacobs, a globally recognised leader in Program and Construction Management, progressing to the role of Deputy Project Manager. Across his career, he has contributed to and overseen a combined portfolio exceeding USD 1 billion, with experience spanning planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, handover and operations.
As Director of Nidhi Land, he brings this international experience and technical perspective to the company's growth, with a focus on sound engineering, rigorous planning, technology-enabled processes, quality management and informed decision-making. His approach combines Nidhi Land's established values with progressive thinking to create developments that are thoughtfully planned, responsibly executed and built for lasting value.
