Mr. Vaishnav K. Sanil brings close to a decade of international experience across construction, real estate and project management. A Civil Engineer by training, he holds a Master's degree in Construction Engineering & Management from the United States and has successfully passed the Principles and Practice of Engineering (P.E.) examination. His professional development also includes executive education at Harvard Business School and certifications from leading industry organisations including CMAA, PMI and USGBC.

His professional journey spans the UAE and more than six years in the United States, where he worked with leading organisations including Jacobs, a globally recognised leader in Program and Construction Management, progressing to the role of Deputy Project Manager. Across his career, he has contributed to and overseen a combined portfolio exceeding USD 1 billion, with experience spanning planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, handover and operations.

As Director of Nidhi Land, he brings this international experience and technical perspective to the company's growth, with a focus on sound engineering, rigorous planning, technology-enabled processes, quality management and informed decision-making.
